Optimize for LinkedIn Recruiter Search

LinkedIn Recruiter searches by job title, skills, location, industry, and experience. Every one of these parameters must be correctly filled in your profile. Set your location to 'Colombo, Sri Lanka' (or your actual city). Ensure your current job title matches the roles you're targeting. Add all relevant skills — even obvious ones.

Use Your About Section for Keyword Density

The About section is your primary keyword space. Naturally include the job titles you're targeting, your key skills, and the industries you work in. If you're a 'Project Manager' who could also be called a 'Programme Manager' or 'Delivery Manager', include all relevant terms.
